There’s significantly less of me these days, and that’s exactly why I’m excited to share this journey with you.
A few months ago I hit a wall. I wanted to live longer, feel genuinely healthier, and get legitimately fitter—no more dragging through my days. On November 21, 2025, the scale read 249.0 lbs. The weight had crept up slowly over the years, but I knew it was time for real, lasting change.
As of February 26, 2026, I’m at 206.1 lbs—that’s 42.9 lbs gone in just 97 days. I’m exactly halfway to my goal of 175 lbs, and I truly feel like a different person.

What makes this attempt different is the learning. I’d tried keto before with partial success, but it always felt mysterious. This time I learned why it works, which gave me the tools for systematic, sustainable change instead of the usual yo-yo rollercoaster.
My daily protocol is simple and consistent: strict whole-food keto, exercise nearly every day, 18/6 intermittent fasting (skipping breakfast comes naturally), a couple of 24-hour fasts completed and building toward 36-hour ones, 3-5 g creatine every morning, and drinking tons of water. More recently I added the Hume Health Band, which tracks Metabolic Capacity, Metabolic Momentum, biological age, HRV, sleep, and recovery. It’s been the perfect mindfulness tool for watching real changes unfold in real time.
The foundation for everything came from six powerful videos. Each one shattered old myths and replaced them with solid science. I wasn’t just losing weight—I was retraining my entire metabolic system. In this series I’ll walk you through every one: the “I used to think…” moments, the biggest surprises, and exactly how I applied the insights.
I hope these posts give you the same clarity, motivation, and results they’ve given me.

Here are the 6 game-changing videos that powered my keto journey (and will be the focus of my upcoming posts).
Feel free to dive in early—I’ve rewatched most of them multiple times because each listen revealed something new I’d missed before. These aren’t just talks; they retrained my mind and body, unlocking real metabolic shifts, mental clarity, and sustainable fat loss.
Studying ahead might spark the same breakthroughs for you. Let’s keep building this together!
